We’re a Virginia-based company with a distributed workforce of Rotisseries from “Sea to Shining Sea.” We were remote before it was cool and “all about work/life balance”…and then it was “adjust to hybrid but only for two days on-site ‘for collaboration'”…and then it was “back in the office full time” because senior leadership was raised in a generation where if you weren’t in the office they didn’t trust you to work. Good times.
